total ATP in cellular respiration
by: Anonymous

Glycolysis:
2 ATP used
4 ATP synthesized
Net gain 2 ATPs
2 reduced NAD
Link reaction:
2 reduced NAD
Kreb's cycle:
6 reduced NAD
2 reduced FAD
2 ATP
Oxidative phosphorylation:
Each NAD produces 3 ATP and each FAD, 2 ATP
Total ATPs:
4+10(3)+2(2)= 38
