It depends.

Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium occurs for each individual allele. It is very likely that many alleles in the human population occur in values similar (statistically speaking, insignificantly different) to those predicted by the Hardy-Weinberg principle, however some such as those which cause lethal genetic diseases will not.
