Importance of phospholipids in the body

Phospholipids are important components for the biological cell. They are important for selective transport of nutrients and molecular components to the ceel . They are are important components of cell wall. Phospholipids are important for transportation of cholesterol and they prevents fatty liver, lipotropic action. So Phospholipids are available with essential fatty acids, according to the body needs they will be absorbed. Basic thing is that we have to maintain essential fatty acids in our diet regulalarly.
