Each enzyme works under different conditions. This means that some enzymes are functional in acidic medias while others work best in alkaline solutions.

There is no specific pH for the enzyme, as different enzymes have different pH. But all of them have the maximum limit. Enzyme can not work beyond certain limit.Its stucture becomes denatured when the pH increases above the optimum value.

The answer to your question is that different enzymes have a different optimum Ph
for example pepsin found in the stomach has a Ph of about 2 whereas salivary amylase, found in the mouth has a Ph of about 6/7.
