Enzymes

You are asking about enzymes - these are chemical catalisators which promote chemical reactions to occur. Enzyme is actually machine on molecular scale. Its structure corresponds to the chemical reaction to which it was designed. Function of an enzyme is analogous to a factory machine on assembly line which has its steps to do every turn of the line.
