What vessels or vasculatures does growth hormone travel through to go from the pituitary to the right tibia?

From what I could gather it goes directly into the circulatory system possibly through a capillary bed, cycles through to the heart and gets pumped down the arteries to the right tibia. However, I can't seem to find a comprehensive list of exactly what structures it goes through in order. I had an old textbook that had the info but I no longer have it.
