The answer is, certainly, the mitochondria. It is able to produce ATP thanks to the respiration function it also has. So the ATP producing process is the following:
C6H12O6 + 6 O2 -> 6 CO2 + 6 H2O + 37 ATP moles (=686 Kcal).

Its mitochondria....as it is considered as power house of cell and it os inbolved in atp synthesis...
