it will happen in the Kreb's cycle also known as citric acid cyle..... the pyruvate from the glycolysis will now enter in the mitochondria to form the ATP and ADP, while forming it, the cell capturing CO2 and O2. And at the same time it releases water and CO2 in the alpha-ketoglutarate...
