Can venom antigen trigger an autoimmune response and mask an autoimmune disese such as lupus, etc...?

The venom can be sea creatures such as cone snail, jelly fish or lion fish, or a spider or centipede such as found in Hawaii. Can the venom wear off leaving the immune response?
