No, as the annelids has closed circulatory system and the circulatory fluid is blood. As the 95% of the cytoplasm is red pigmented that is because of the presence of the haemoglobin. On the other hand the scorpion belongs to arthropods and the arthropods have open circulatory system. So, they contain haemocyanin as the respiratory pigment
