How does fat leave the body?

I need to know how fat leaves the body for my Biology take home exam (we are allowed to use the internet). Do we exhale and sweat it out (CO2 and H2O)? Is it broken down into amino acids and then eliminated from the body? Is it converted to urine and then eliminated from the body? Is it converted to ATP? Or, was chemical energy converted to heat and then released?

Please help....??
