How many molecules store the energy extracted from ATP before this energy is used in the peptidyl transferase reaction?

This is a problem we were going over in class and I didn't understand what the question was asking for. Its a multiple choice question and the answer is either 1,2,3,4. I'm assuming the answer is 2 because there are two types of tRNA involved in the step but I don't know the correct answer.
