Is there any other viruses like HIV which enters CD4 cells?

CD4 cells is the primary target of HIV virus. It enters the CD4 cell and infects it which will then lead to the decreasing of CD4 cells in the human body which causes AIDS. Is HIV virus is the only virus that enters CD4 cells and harms it? or is there any other pathogens which enters CD4 cells and harms it?
