A cell membrane, cytoplasm, nucleus mitochondria, endoplamic reticulm and ribosomes.

Nucleus, nuclear envelope, vesicels, cytoplasm, vaculoes, chloroplasts, chromatin and chromosomes, ribosomes, lysosomes, smooth and rough ER, nuceolous, mitochondria, golgi apparatus and centriole.

Nucleus, cytoplasm and cell(plasma) membrane.

All cells should have at least: the genetic information (chromosomes), a cytoplasm and a cytoplasmic membrane. If it doesn't have the three, than it's not a cell.
